"Now comes word that obesity actually is contagious. Fat is not caused by a virus, bacterium or other pathogen. Rather, it spreads to the waists, thighs and other jiggly regions of the body through social networks." quoted from<a href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20070726.wpicard26/BNStory/specialScienceandHealth/home"> some news site</a> Hmmm i dont recall having any friends never mind fat ones when i got overweight and i am not sure what kind of message this puts out to people, their is a lot of dumb people in the world and now you tell them that "hey be friends with a fat person and you will be next!!!!1"<br /><br />News like this is going to impact people and i doubt it is gonna reduce the amount of obese people on this planet.Lisa
